Our wedding day was incredible! I couldn’t describe our overall experience in just a short sentence. The staff were phenomenal and all went above and beyond. The food is something people (3 months later) still mention when we see them! It was out of this world delicious.

The venue featured many beautiful options for a ceremony or reception and the ‘back up rain option’ we ended up having to use, was just as perfect as the garden ceremony we’d hoped for initially. There are countless locations for beautiful photos and videos which helped us make memories to last more than a lifetime. We are so grateful to La Valla for making our wedding dreams a reality.

We had dreams of a smaller, casual wedding and searched for a spot that could cater to us. We wanted our wedding to be ideal for our elderly family members and LaValla ticked all of the boxes. Accessibility was perfect – all in one spot, and the venue meant our guests were warm and dry on a chilly winters’ day for our July wedding. We didn't envisage a formal-style wedding, Bernie (from LaValla) gave us the idea of a banquet-style set up. No head table, but instead a massive U-shape for one big family feast – it was beautiful.

 

We had no idea what we needed to do and Bernie led the way for us; the planning was guided by her gentle approach. Bernie took our ideas and made them a reality. On the day I never once had to think about a thing. Everything (and more) was catered to us as we had discussed. We felt every one of us was cared for in a unique way; our photographer included. The food/kai was a cut above, and everyone's catering needs met without a hitch!

 

I hear a lot of people describing their wedding day as exhausting and intense – we didn't feel that at all. The team at LaValla gave us the opportunity to take the hard stuff out of the day and to spend it focusing on ourselves and our guests. We will be forever grateful for our dream wedding!

I was honoured to officiate for a beautiful couple a few weeks ago, my second time performing a ceremony at LaValla. This venue is so versatile with guest accommodation, a lounge for Brides & Grooms to prepare, indoor areas for the reception and ceremony as well as a lush green lawn and garden for outdoor summer ceremonies. ​We have managed to catch our breath after Alyssa and Doug’s wedding and all the overseas visitors.  We have been meaning to write and just say a big thank you.  We could not have asked for anything better.  The helpfulness, friendliness and quality of the service and food at LaValla Estate were exceptional.  You and your staff did a tremendous job and made the whole weekend flow without a hitch.  All the guests we have spoken too were full of praise and commented on what a fabulous venue and wedding it was.

We got married at La Valla and found the whole process extremely easy, the staff were insanely great and the food was incredible. The food and service are the talk of the town. Our wedding photos came out AMAZING and the stunning gardens and grounds had a lot to do with it. We have since been back for brunch and again everything was amazing!

​Well what can i say about our Wedding at LaValla...... Beyond my vocabulary.... I just want to say on behalf of myself and Alex and all of our guests... WOW!!! From the initial consultation and walk around the property to the day I picked up all my paraphernalia afterwards :-).....  We were blown away by everything and fell in love immediately! Bernie, Dolly, Michelle and David were THE most amazing team to deal with and we couldn't have wished for a better day. From start to finish, we laughed.... we cried (I think I saw some tears from Michelle and Dolly during the speeches :-) haha!)  We danced, we ate, we drank and we slept :-) All under this amazing "Roof" and We couldn't have wished for a better day!  EVERYTHING was on point and just perfect! DAVID..... you cooked us THE most amazing food (as usual) which I know will be one of the talking points for many years to come! Michelle and your team - you guys were amazing.... Dolly and Bernie... you really did keep me grounded and there was no signs of Bridezilla at all during my planning because I knew that you guys always had my back! Even with impending weather... nothing was going to spoil our day! You have a sign on your Bar.... "Enter as Strangers - Leave as Friends" you could not have chosen a better Motto!!!! We truly love everything about your venue..... food, surroundings, and most of all the STAFF.... actually they aren't staff.... they are FRIENDS! Looking forward to many many more delicious meals there xx
