As long as it's legal, we're up for creating all your heart's wildest dreams. - as long as your know what you want, need and have a budget in mind, then we're able to work with you on everything. We have function and conference rooms, accommodation, a theatre, two onsite bars, a gymnasium and spectacular grounds - but those are all simply spaces. Every member of the team at LaValla is excited to bring your event to life; so we work collaboratively together - from the kitchen to the service; the grounds to the planning - to make every detail simply amazing. For the time that you're with us, you are our first priority and part of the LaValla family. As we always say, "Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends" ...

There's a motto that we like to live by here at LaValla; "Service without Subservience", which basically means that while we love to serve our guests, we're also just a bunch of jokers who love to play, have fun and enjoy ourselves while doing it. This changes the whole experience for our guests. We know when to stay out of the way, but we also take the time to get to know, and to play with you and your guests.

We don't work from set menus. Instead, we take the time to get to know you and your guests, and tailor our menu to suit. We know that we could offer a stock-standard menu, but that's simply not going to suit all of our guest's requirements. We like to phrase it like this: think of choosing a menu like choosing a suit off a rack versus having one tailor made. If you get a great tailor then you'll get a great result with a little bit of flare and personalisation. So whilst there's no stock-standard menu to choose from, it's our promise to you that you'll get a perfectly tailored suit EVERY TIME - that's just a part of us getting to know you. Don't believe us? Neither. We serve our guests family style to the table for sharing - this way everyone gets a chance to taste every dish without having to stand in line. This is the best way to create conversation and a relaxed, family feel. Dishes are spectacularly presented to each table and are catered to the taste buds of everyone.

We don’t offer external catering, but with good reason. Our in-house team has proudly catered for an incredible variety of traditional dishes over the years. While we’ll never claim to beat Mum’s cooking, we’ll get pretty close — with real food, made with heart.

We also have a fully licensed bar and offer an extensive range of beverages to complement your celebration.

Of course! It's hard enough having a limited diet as it is - the selection when dining out is often limited, and those with dietary requirements or special requests often feel like the poor cousins, missing out on a larger degustation. It's very important to us that ALL of your guests feel included and catered to, so we ask that you provide us with any allergies, intolerances and preferences and simply leave it to us to design a menu that caters to all requirements, whilst still presenting you with a feast that will leave everyone wanting more... (just maybe on another day, because once we're finished with you, there'll be no belly space for more!)

Yes... and No. The quality will ALWAYS stay the same - we will never compromise on that. But, we're a team who like to change it up, try new things and create experiences that continue to delight. When you're planning an event, our job is to make you look great. So put your feet up, relax and allow us to to do what we do best.

We do the work and let you get the praise! We just need some information about what you'd like to achieve and then you get to focus on the special details of your day! We'll care for you, listen and coach you along the way, whilst giving you the access to our clever and imaginative planning team who love to create unique and interesting concepts, and then turn them into reality so that you can simply show up, look great and enjoy our surroundings with your guests. While we can offer our experience in conference, function and wedding planning, we can't do it all. That's why we like to work with a team of talented vendors that specialise in their unique fields. From photography to hairdressers, bands and photobooks - we know who will excel at providing the goods, and, better yet, who is likely to suit your planned event style.

We can sleep 18 people in The Brothers Lodge, with options of twin or double rooms.
